The National Association of Landscape Professionals is the trade association for the landscape industry, representing the voice of more than 100,000 landscape professionals. Member companies specialize in lawn care, landscape design and installation, landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation and water management, and interior plantscaping.

The South Carolina Nursery and Landscape Association was established in 1958 in order to promote the nursery industry, disseminate knowledge and stimulate public interest in all facets and related industries of ornamental horticulture. Its membership has grown to over 560 members who represent all segments of the "green" industry, including growers, landscapers, retailers, maintenance companies, educators. Many of the member businesses are in two or more of these segments of the industry.

The STARS Safe Company Program is a safety initiative designed for companies to set the precedent for safety throughout the industry. The STARS program helps contractor companies lower their total costs of risk by reducing hazards and injuries. With this initiative, the National Association of Landscape Professionals works to connect all landscape industry companies in an effort to lessen the risks associated with the industry.

The Angie's List Super Service Award honors excellence among service providers who maintain a superior service record. Each year, less than 5% of thousands of businesses earn the award.

Greenius is a comprehensive suite of online training tools designed to help educate landscape contracting crews. The Greenius System provides training on industry best practices for safe and efficient equipment operation.
